How do I set up a Numex FX account and how long will it take?

We aim to save you time as well as money, so we’ve made it quick and easy to open an account with us – it only takes a few moments. You can complete an Account Agreement online or download and complete the PDF version. Once completed and signed, you can fax or post the form to us.

There is no obligation to trade with us if you open an account, but opening an account now is a good idea as it means you won’t have to wait at all when the time to trade arrives.

How much money can I transfer?

You can trade any amount from £500 or its equivalent in any of 30 currencies using our Numex FX Online Platform or by contacting our dealing team on 0333 800 8080.

The minimum amount that you can send using our Regular Payment Plan is £1000.

How long do international money transfers take?

We offer 2 transfer options: Standard and Express. The Standard option is more cost-effective and the Express option is quicker. Simply choose whichever suits your needs.

Standard delivery time: 3-5 days

Express delivery time: 1-2 days

Delivery times are measured in working days and may vary depending on the currency, destination and banks. With Express deliver, MAD takes 3 days and INR takes a minimum of 2 days.

How much do transfers cost?

Over the phone and online, all transfers are free of charge for all transactions above £5000.00. For smaller transactions, the fee is £10.00 per transaction.

How do you determine what rate to charge?

Our rates are based on a combination of factors:

• The current exchange rate

• The amount transacted

• The currency purchased

You receive the same rate whether you pay by immediate transfer or pre-fund your account by bank transfer.

Foreign exchange markets do not operate between the hours of 10pm on Friday and 8pm on Sunday (both times are GMT). So the exchange rate you receive from Numex FX Online during this period will not increase or decrease.

At all other times, the rate you receive will track live exchange rates.

How do I make a complaint?

What are the language skills held by staff at Numex FX?
